Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations
 
The Campaign for Freedom of Information has responded to the Scottish Executive's consultation on thedraft Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations, expressing concern at the potentially high fees and pointing out that it will be easier for authorities to withhold environmental information than other information.
