Warning about publication schemes and the Freedom of Information Act

The Information Commissioner has sent a letter to all public authorities in the NHS, reminding them of their responsibilities under the Freedom of Information Act.

Under the Act all public authorities must adopt and maintain a publication scheme, which has been approved by the Information Commissioner, by 31 October 2003.
