This is an excellent guide. It is the only serious guide to new environmental regulations that I have seen and is very helpful for all public authorities (and privatised utility companies) that are subject to the Regulations. That said, I would question the £20 price tag for a guide that (however well written and informative) is still less than fifty pages.
