Campaign for FOI Users' guide

The Campaign has produced a users' guide to the Freedom of Information Act, Environmental Information Regulations and new rights to see personal data about you held by public authorities. The guide covers both the UK and Scottish legislation. More detailed guides on the exemptions and public interest test will be published shortly.
