"JOURNALISTS are concerned that as an unintended consequence of the Freedom of Information Act, detailed research behind articles they are working on will be posted on the Scottish Executive’s website before it has been published"

Sauce for the goose - and to make it more spicy perhaps we should ensure that if the request is from a Sunday Paper we publish our replies on a Monday ...
Oh those poor journalists! They just can't stand being treated like everybody else!
