Wells report on into the NHS university (NHSU)
The Informaticopia blog reports that the ICO has ruled in favour of disclosing the Wells report on into the NHS university (NHSU), the battle to get the report released dates back to 2004. The full notice has not yet been published on the ICO site.

The Department of Health have to appeal by Xmas eve or publish by New Years eve - so it might get "lost" during the holiday!
