ICO orders release of information on ASBOs

The London Borough of Camden has been ordered to release the identities of some residents who have been issued with Anti-Social Behaviour Orders (ASBOs).

Press release from the ICO:
"In line with Home Office guidance the Information Commissioner ruled that the names of most of the individuals should be released. However, he did agree that the names of some individuals should be redacted, for instance where the ASBO has expired or where the recipient is judged to be particularly vulnerable."
