DfES publishes minutes of senior management meetings discussing school budgets

The Department for Education and Skills has published minutes of its senior management meetings in which the issue of school budgets was raised between June 2002 and July 2003. This information was requested by the Evening Standard and was the subject of an appeal by the Department to the Information Tribunal. The Tribunal heard the case in January 2007. It upheld the Commissioner's decision notice and dismissed the appeal (see previous post).
