Clarification from ICO

Re: my previous post on cases and notices at the ICO, I have received this from the ICO:

"Your blog entry states that no Information Notice has been issued since April. However, the dates on the spreadsheet provided referred to when the cases were received by the ICO, rather than the date on which the Information Notices were issued. I apologise that this was not clear and for any confusion caused.

The full list of Information Notices with the dates they were issued can be found in the attached excel sheet. "
